What we offer

Osteopaths are trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches that are suitable for a broad range of individuals, including pregnant women, children and babies.

Osteopathic care is delivered through a range of interventions which may include, health management advice, manual therapy (manual therapy techniques may include articulation and manipulation of joints and soft tissues) or cranial techniques (very subtle/gentle technique), exercise therapy, referral to other disciplines or medics.

Osteopaths adapt their therapeutic approach depending on the unique needs of each patient and their presenting complaint. Every treatment is tailored to the individual person.

Osteopaths have been regulated by statute since 1993 by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and are Allied Health Professionals.

We offer a wide range of massage at Healthcare Hub with highly qualified therapists.

Massage can be used for a range of diverse reasons - rehabilitation from injury, or the strains of training, or support your body throughout pregnancy, or to support your journey through cancer, and many more life events.

Osteopaths work under the principle that there may be a number of contributing factors to the symptoms and will therefore evaluate not only the area which is producing the symptoms, but also associated areas that may be contributing to the issue, including past trauma, environmental factors and the family’s health history.

Osteopaths utilise a range of techniques including physical manipulation, stretching and massage, and other gentle techniques such as cranial. Cranial techniques are safe, gentle, and non-manipulative. They are often used when treating young children and newborn infants.

Clinical Pilates is led by a registered osteopath.

Clinical Pilates exercises have been modified from traditional Pilates and adapted using the scientific research and clinical reasoning, this creates a tailor made exercise program to increase endurance, strength, flexibility and body awareness to help you get back to what you love doing.

Acupuncture involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, know as Qi. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, disruptions in Qi can lead to imbalances and health issues.  Acupuncture aims to restore harmony by unblocking or redirecting the flow of Qi.

It can be used for Pain Management, Chronic conditions, Women's Health, Musculoskeletal problems, Digestive issues and much more...
