Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a whole-person approach to health, tailored to the individual, working with the muscloskeletal system and its relationship with other systems in the body.

Osteopaths are highly trained Allied Health Professionals, who will listen, evaluate, diagnose and plan the management of your recovery with you.
This can include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, general health advice and referral to other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Osteopaths can help with Arthritic pain, Circulatory problems, Cramp, Digestion problems, Fibromyalgia, Frozen shoulder/ shoulder and elbow pain/ tennis elbow, Headache arising from the neck (cervicogenic), Joint pains, General, acute & chronic backache, back pain (not arising from injury or accident), Generalised aches and pains, Lumbago, Migraine prevention, Minor sports injuries, Muscle spasms, Neuralgia, Tension and inability to relax, Rheumatic pain and Sciatica (not an exhaustive list)
Paediatric Osteopathy
Parents visit osteopaths for a wide range of reasons to support their children's health.
Babies and children's treatment will be based on the needs and age of the child, and generally uses more subtle techniques such as cranial.

At your first visit you'll be asked the reason for the appointment and the child's medical history, then after evaluation a treatment plan will be agreed
Massage

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the most widely known and practised aspect of Chinese Medicine in the West.

It is a very popular treatment for many conditions and is particularly valued for its pain relieving potential and for being a drug-free form of treatment.
There is a growing body of evidence regarding its effectiveness - some studies have suggested it may influence neurotransmitters and the bodies natural painkillers.
It can be used for Pain Management, Chronic conditions, Women's Health, Musculoskeletal, Digestive issues and Fertility support.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates combines the coordination of deep postural and stabilising muscles with breath, limbs and postural correction, suppleness and flexibility.
It is a patient specific treatment used after injury, surgery or to improve general balance and wellbeing.
Clinical Pilates instructors are certified instructors and are usually Physiotherapist/Osteopaths, so have an in depth knowledge and training in exercise physiology and pathology.

Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. A 'map' of the body on your foot.

Baby to PreSchool Courses
We offer courses at Healthcare Hub to support you through your journey into parenthood.

Birth Preparation and Hypnobirthing courses - and Mindful Breastfeeding Antenatal Preparation workshops to support a calm, relaxed and positive birth and breastfeeding journey. Group sessions are interactive, tailored to the needs of attendees and provide an opportunity to meet others that are expecting a baby at a similar time to yourself.
